Our Projects

March Edition

We paid homage to Naikara, Narok West sub-county. The maasai community are the majority occupants of this dry area. Some of the maasai girls as young as 11 years are in danger of undergoing Female Genital Mutilation as a cultural practice. The girls are then married off to old and wealthy men. Poverty in these families contribute to such unwarranted acts. The government and like-minded community organizations have made significant strides to stop the menace.

We trained the 400 women on sexual and reproductive human rights, response to Gender Based Violence and Soap making as an income generating activity. We offer dignity packs and love gifts.

A worth International Women’s Day Celebration.
